The Singapore Airlines A380 offers three variants of the aircraft Airbus A380-800, each with its unique seating configuration:

1. Variant One

First

In the Main Deck of the Singapore Airlines seat map A380, the First Class seating arrangement follows a 1-2-1 layout. The best First Class suites in this configuration are seats 1A and 1F. These seats have a unique advantage because they are located at the front of the First Class cabin, where there is no obstruction in front of them, such as bulkheads or walls. The Singapore Airlines A380 Business Class occupies most of the Upper Deck and is arranged in a 1-2-1 pattern, offering passengers ample space and privacy. However, there are some considerations for specific seats.

The first row of the Business cabin consists of seats 11ADFK, which are situated very close to the lavatories and stairs. Additionally, seat 11AK in this row is windowless.

Seats 15FK, 17AK, 16DF, and 27ADFK are also close to the lavatories, which might be slightly inconvenient for some flyers.

Main Deck

The Economy cabin in this part of the aeroplane has the seat arrangement 3-4-3.

Rows 41 and 46 are labelled as “Forward Zone Seats” in Economy Class, offering the advantage of being among the first to disembark the plane. However, it’s essential to note that these seats might have restricted legroom due to their proximity to the bulkhead. On the other hand, seats 49D and 51D of the Airbus A380-800 Singapore Airlines provide completely contrasting experiences. Passengers often accidentally bump into seat 49D due to its location, whereas seat 51D is highly enjoyable as there is no seat in front of it, creating a more spacious feeling.

Seating details

First

In this aircraft, the Singapore Airlines A380 First Class, which consists of Suites arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration, is located in the Main Deck.

For those flying alone, Suites 1AF are an excellent choice. These Suites have the unique advantage of having a gap between them, with two empty Suites in the middle, allowing for extra privacy and space.

First Class in the Upper Deck on this aircraft offers 6 spacious Singapore Airlines A380 Suites, each arranged in a 1-1 configuration.
